Nicole ‘Lamb’ Iovine is a widely respected activist having worked with some of the biggest names in the Australian dance industry, travelling the globe spreading knowledge of her experience whilst inspiring Young People to follow their creative path. After relocating from Perth to Sydney in 2009 Lamb has since accumulated many corporate performances & television appearances from reaching top 12 on Season 2 of So You think you can dance, obtaining residency on Australia's got talent, MTV & Disney channel performances to working behind the scenes as stylist, choreographer and assistant choreographer for film clips, corporates and live performances. 2009 was also a year of self development as she shared her love of dance/experience in many rural communities all over Australia from Tennant Creek, Maningrida, Kalumburu to Hobart.
In 2013 Lamb founded the not for profit, charity - OWLKEYME. This was with the intention to empower individuals and communities to strengthen, develop and awaken their true purpose beyond illusion. From Yoga sessions, dance performances, hosting workshops to creative direction on large scale projects, choreography & assisting artists Lamb has broadened her skill set with the focus to only expand & grow not only as a performer but as a kind person.
Lamb is an internationally recognised Ashtanga Yoga instructor having completed 500hours TTC in Rishikesh, INDIA in 2015. Yoga Alliance accredited under the guidance of Yogi Kamal Singh & Sunil Sharma at Tattvaa Yogashala.

"As a former professional dancer, movement has always been fascinating to me. To be able to make a living out of the activities you love is important to me but understanding how to do so can be difficult. I have created a life that is balanced between giving back and paying it forward all whilst literally dancing through it. This is why I offer classes for all types of humans exploring movement and release through many styles of dance and yoga."

Ashtanga Vinyasa classes are open to anyone looking for a challenging, vibrant style of yoga. In this style of you will move through a set sequence of postures with the breath.
This sequence, combined with the breath, has a powerful effect on the body and mind. The heat created in the practice has a detoxing effect and allows you to move into postures deeply. The flow of the practice, always guided by the breath, allows the mind to move into a calm, meditative space, which is why Ashatnga Yoga is sometimes referred to as a moving meditation.
Ashtanga led classes/workshops are open to students of any level.
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.
Yin Yoga postures are more passive postures, most of these classes you’ll spend on the floor and each position is held up to 5 minutes. Yin is a calming practice that works deep beyond the muscle and into then fascia. This helps to loosen and release physical pain, reduce emotional stress and with a gentle approach towards opening the heart and mind. Join us in our welcoming space and rest whilst the sun sleeps and the moon appears.
Lamb began her dance training in a variety of dance styles including Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Acrobatics at a small, conventional dance school in Perth, WA. By 18 Lamb’s reputation as a dancer and teacher were recognised through her involvement in facilitating workshops alongside international dancers in Perth. Lamb was offered a prestigious role in 2007 at Singapore Chinese Girls’ School to implement and teach the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) curriculum in a number of schools. Upon returning to Australia one year later, Lamb became the Executive Artistic Director of Dance2XS PERTH, which is part of a worldwide company based in Chicago, U.S.A. This involved auditioning dancers and conducting weekly rehearsals and performances for corporate and charity events specialising in Hip hop. Her role involved hosting workshops for dancers of Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Rhianna, Chris Brown, Missy Elliot and many more. Alongside 2009 - 2016's successful years appearing in Australia's Top 20 SYTYCD, Australia's got talent, MTV, Disney, touring with Timomatic (assistant choreography) & Samantha Jade (and more). During this period Lamb was invited to Adjudicate Hip Hop battles, Dance competitions and to guest speak at many schools/camps & corporate events. Showcase, Perth Dance Challenge, Australian Hip hop Championships, Groove & Dancelife Unite.

I have a lot to say
Having spent many years travelling around Australia working with young and younger people from remote communities to large cities, I have an abundance of experience I love to share with our next generation. From my experience dancing and teaching yoga, my knowledge of Ayurveda, appearing on TV shows to spending months in India & rural Australia as a young woman who choses a plant based lifestyle. It is my ultimate goal to share love with young people and give inspiration to achieve whatever they set their minds too.
