Yin Yoga postures are more passive postures, most of these classes you’ll spend on the floor and each position is held up to 5 minutes. Yin is a calming practice that works deep beyond the muscle and into then fascia. This helps to loosen and release physical pain, reduce emotional stress and with a gentle approach towards opening the heart and mind. Join us in our welcoming space and rest whilst the sun sleeps and the moon appears.
