Everyone who is draw to yoga has something specific to their body, mind and soul that differs from the next person. If you are interested in spending time one on one with lamb to deepen your already exciting practice or perhaps you are feeling a little nervous to enter a class environment, Lamb gets it. Not only will she come to you, she will cater your program/sessions to best connect with your purpose for scheduling. Utilising oils, props, ancient methods, hands on adjustments and a modern twist - Lamb will cater each session to you and your bodies requirements whilst keeping you on your toes as each time she visits it WILL be different!
